Cycle Haven Bicycle Repairs

Every service begins with a mechanical inspection so the bicycle can be checked before any work is approved. We look at the parts that affect riding comfort and control, then explain what needs attention and what can wait.

Our general repair work covers safety inspection, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Each job is completed according to the bicycle's condition and the scope agreed after inspection.

If additional work is needed, we ask for approval before proceeding. That keeps the process clear and helps riders understand what is being repaired, why it matters, and how the service is moving forward.

After the repair, we complete a workshop function check and share a service summary at collection. This gives you a simple record of the work completed and the adjustments made during the visit.
